We love our home, and have arrived at a tough decision to sell it in order to downsize, since we are empty nesters. However, we absolutely are crazy about the house, and location...so close to downtown, (10 minutes) Kenwood (13 minutes) as well. The restaurants near us, and the ability to walk to them, also contribute to the ambiance of our home. We love the beautiful Alms Park, and have been so fortunate to be able to walk it on a regular basis. We entertain a lot, and tend to be the home that people stop by. There is so much space, especially on the first two floors, that make it so conducive to our guests. The 2 decks, create a great outdoor space, too. All in all, we are hesitant to leave it, but happy for our next journey.
