Welcome to 2514 Moundview Drive, a beautifully updated 1932 English Tudor in coveted Indian Mound. Timeless character shines through with a Rookwood tile vestibule, arched masonry entryways, two wood-burning fireplaces, and refinished original hardwood floors. Modern updates include custom cabinetry, a granite-topped kitchen and coffee bar, new roof, new windows, and skylights.
This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home offers over 2,800 finished square feet. Highlights include a vaulted family room addition with access to a private brick courtyard. A partially finished lower level and detached garage complete the package.

This house has years of exceptional stewardship. The finest owner was the Swankhouse family. In the late 70s they made a brilliant addition to the original house by adding the den, which you can look down into from the kitchen sink. In that same renovation the basement was reorganized to create a large storage room, a cozy flex space, a huge laundry room and, to top it all off, they built chases for central AC. I’ve always appreciated the thoughtfulness of it. We’ve done our part writing a chapter for 2514 Moundview. I welcome you to join the story.
