We are the second owners of this wonderful home originally built by Carl F Tuke, Jr and have enjoyed being a part of the Fox Trail Farms neighborhood located near the Cold Stream golf course. We moved here to raise our family and have been blessed to have a extremely close-knit community that is awesome for raising children from Elementary to High school. This was to be our “forever” home and was not intended for sale. The home is situated on half-acre land with park-like backyard and a huge front yard. We have meticulously maintained this home and have completely remodeled to make this a great cozy place to live. The 2-car garage has extensive side shelve and overhead storage installed. While we will dearly miss this home, we look forward for another family to share this excitement and the happiness to grow in a neighborhood full of families with kids. Both the streets that run into the neighborhood are cul-de-sac with very little local traffic. It is very difficult to say goodbye to our dream house but is time to move on for better opportunities. The location couldn't be any better if you have your kids in the Forest Hills School District which consistently tops in the state and ranks as one of the highest public schools in the country. We couldn't have asked for a better place to call home!
