Regional Sales Director earns 100% commission (uncapped) based on revenue share. On-target annual earnings of $150,000 for average 5 closings per month. On-target annual earnings of $300,000 for average 10 closings per month. Optional training stipend for up to 90 days. Marketing starter package provided. Independent contractor position therefore no employee benefits or tax withholdings. Candidates may also be eligible for a company equity award.
